The GTA Sold Stats are in for September:
5038 Sold homes/condos in 2022...compared to 9010 in Sept 2021
Average sold price in 2022 was $1,086,762...in 2021 it was $1,135,027
Below is a screen shot of the broken down year-over-year totals...Basically, as we've seen in Vaughan, the higher the priced home, the larger the drop in price. Yes, there's a massive drop in total sales in all areas. Over 50% drop in condos in the GTA and 46.5% drop in Town sales. Mainly because many first-time home buyers have been priced out of the market due to the rise in rates...especially compared to last year.
