New GTA Simcoe & Investment listings are updated...there was one new power of sale listing listed from Friday and the Rolling Vaughan Sold Stats are updated with a Final tally for the month of September and it wasn't a strong month to say the least...
Detached homes took the biggest hit...in Vaughan year-over-year, 3 bedroom detached home price averages sold for $240k less while 4+ bedroom detached sold for $380k less!

Realistically though, now that we're in a "NEW" type of market and those Almost Zero Interest days are gone, we really need to approach and analyze the market as it really is...not what it used to be like.
