On Friday night, CBC Markeplace had a story on Mortgage Fraud...basically, some Realtors & Banks have been creating fraudulent documents for buyers so that they could qualify for a mortgage. I've heard about this and obviously have never been involved. Maybe you've been reading my daily updates and seen the paragraph starting with "When the bank says no..."
To be clear, this has nothing to do with anything Fraudulent...it's actually a Rent-To-Own Program provider that I've partnered with.
