October GTA Market Stats are up...I've already been keeping you up to date on how much slower the market is. Here's a full run-down:
4961 Total Sales 49.1% Less than October 2021
10,390 New Listings...11,749 in 2021...11.6% less
13,023 Active listings in October compared to only 7,748 in 2021...a 68.1% increase
Average Sale Price: $1,089,428 compared to $1,155,624 in 2021...5.7% lower this year
