Just over 2 months of inventory overall is still technically a sellers market...but if you ask sellers how that’s going for them, they’ll tell you differently.
 
Yes, condos and homes in the Toronto core are still doing well...not as many bidding wars, but they’re selling.
 
North Toronto and outside of T.O. On the other hand...not as hot as it used to be.
