"STRESS" that the Stress Test is causing for buyers...yes, it's tougher to get approved these days. But it's more frustrating when banks don't comminicate with buyers, don't update them on status of their approval and quite frankly, it doesn't seem like they take approvals seriously. Ok, we understand that the rules do tie their hands...but at the very least...communicate.
I can only imagine if I was putting an offer on a home or getting an offer on one of my listings and I didn't communicate with my client for 48 hours...sounds crazy, I know.
Shouldn't happen!
Anyway, would love to hear your experience...good or bad.
