I did a sold listing search from July 1st to the 15th and it's showing 2966 sold listings...that number will be higher as there's still some that need to be updated from a sold conditional status to sold...I think the number will rise to about 3500 when everything is said and done...I can understand why the Board has eliminated the mid-month stats because there's always a lag time and since for a while there was so many firm offers because of the bidding wars...sold stats were updated instantly. Now, because banks rules are tighter than ever...buyers need sometimes more than 5 business days to get approvals.
