June 2018 Sales 8082 June 2017 Sales 7893 2.4% Increase year over year

Also sales up 17.6% from May 2018 as well
I took a look at the sales for the following 4 areas below...obviously the GTA has many more areas. 3 of the 4 actually had a decrease in sales from May to June except for Simcoe...again, the whole GTA isn't just these areas so other areas would have made up the difference to make up the 17.6% increase from May.
