HERE’S ALL THE NEW GTA (AND SIMCOE) LISTINGS FOR AUGUST 29th..SCROLL DOWN FOR THE LATEST LISTINGS
In this video, I explain my thoughts about the current market and believe that we're in a Buyer's Market...not Statistical if you look at the sales numbers (how many sales vs available inventory)...statistically, when there's 5-6 months of inventory is what defines a Buyer's Market. Let's take a look at the GTA Freehold market right now...there's 11,745 available homes and up until the 27th 2972 sold homes...last year, 5224 homes sold so we're at about a 4 month supply. However, what you don't see in the available number count is how many have re-listed because they aren't selling.
