HERE’S ALL THE NEW GTA (AND SIMCOE) LISTINGS FOR AUGUST 25th..SCROLL DOWN FOR THE LATEST LISTINGS
You must have seen the Real Estate Agents advertise this on what we call "Park Benches" but are mostly on Garbage Bins stating: "We'll Buy Your Home if it Doesn't Sell in 30 Days" or 60 or 90 days.
It's Bait & Switch advertising...no agent plans on buying your home!
The plan is to get the phone to ring so they can list your home.
What you don't notice on the Ad is the Asterisk (*) This is their "Terms and Conditions Apply" Which in reality, when you find out what they are, you'll want to run away as fast as you can because it might be 25% or 30% less than the asking or market price!
These tactics are not being used to HELP the Home Seller in any way and it's not going to get the Seller out of a potential bad situation...it will probably end up worse if they did agree to terrible terms like that.
